    This model Publication Scheme has been prepared and approved by the Information Commissioner and has been adopted by Croughton Parish Council. The Scheme commits an authority to make information available to the public as part of its normal business activities. Information that is not published under this Scheme can be requested in writing, when its provision will be considered in accordance with the provisions of the freedom of information Act.

    Financial Regulations were reviewed at the Annual Parish Council Meeting held on 17th May 2021.

    FR6.4. was amended following the return to in-person Meetings and expiry of The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020.

    The number of authorised signatories for payments by cheque or order was reduced from 3 to 2 and FR6.4 re-worded accordingly.
